All content, design, structure, and layout of our digital products and the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of DigitalProductWebsite and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to:

• Use the purchased digital product for your personal or commercial business management
• Customize, modify, and adapt the template within your own Notion workspace for your internal use

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing the original template link or duplicated versions with others
• Claiming our design, structure, or content as your own original work

Payment Terms

Payments for our digital products are processed securely through our authorized payment processor, Payhip. By making a purchase, you agree to Payhip's terms of service in addition to ours.

• All prices are listed in USD and are payable at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect completed purchases
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, which provide instant access to template files that cannot be returned, all sales are generally considered final.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Technical access issues: If you are unable to access or duplicate the product despite following our instructions and contacting our support team
• Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the product twice
